      Great benefits and strong team environment. Company seemed transparent, so you know what is going on and what to expect for the future.

      Difficult to advance if you don't play the politics game.

      Pros

      I love working here. I have a really close bond with my coworkers and other workers across the estate in my field. I am able to make connections and move up in my profession. I really respect the family and appreciate all that they have done to keep the estate beautiful.

      Cons

      I would like to see staff getting more leadership training. Younger staff who want to move up in the company need those kind of skills also and it seems that only once you have gotten the job that that is when you get trained/educated. Also for the amount of work and talented put in to the kitchens the pay is not great. Its hard to make a living income without working overtime or over exerting yourself.

      Pros

      Stable company, fair wages, great benefits, opportunity to grow and develop. This place has a culture and a group of employees who are amazing - it makes you love coming to work every day!! I've been here MANY years and have moved around quite a bit - keeps things interesting and allows me to learn new things. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!

      Cons

      We work while others play = the tourism industry requires this, so you have to decide if you're okay with it.
