It's a fairly standard corporate office.

Cons

There's not much room for growth as this is a family business that promotes their family members into the highest roles. And they like to say "competitive salary" but there isn't anyone to compete with.

Tips over holidays. Beautiful grounds. Great chefs.

Cons

Long training, 8 days w orientation. 14 emails first two days I was hired. Greedy coworkers only cared about money. Political and you have to get along well with ALL your coworkers to get shifts.
