Great Place to Work For

Pros

I absolutely love the history of the Vanderbilt family and it's such a beautiful place to work and drive through every day. They pay decent ($15 an hour) but there are lots of benefits like the 40% discount, area discounts, outdoor adventure play days, complimentary tickets, etc.

Cons

The schedule (at least in my department) is all day. You're working from 10-6 or 9-5 or something, so it makes for a long day on your feet. You also cannot make plans for after work because there isn't a set end time to your shift.
