Pros

Absolutely beautiful facility and grounds. Great place to work if you value bias , discrimination, and really poor departmental management.

Cons

Physically demanding role.....employees are held responsible but not empowered. Management is poorly paid and very poorly trained. If you are targeted you are gone. Employees are disposable. Management is not connected to the real world during the pandemic. Turnover in the host ranks is very high and new employees may last only weeks.
