Pros

I love driving on the estate each day, and having the opportunity to work in such an amazing environment. Lots of perks, friendly coworkers who truly care about each other, and they truly care about our guests - it's not fake or an act. Fantastic boss, and feeling like you are part of a family. I love to tell people I work at Biltmore.

Cons

Salaries are similar to what you'll find in Asheville, which is generally lower than other places.

Beautiful Estate with lots of rich history. Typically employees/ teams respect and help each other daily. Exciting projects with creative freedom.

Cons

Extremely challenging team with lots of big personalities. Lack of communication causes breakdown and animosity, unlivable wage.
