You must take a Vow of Poverty to work for the Biltmore Company

Pros

You will love your coworkers. It is a pretty place to work.

Cons

You can make more money working at a fast food restaurant and will actually deal with fewer guests. Also you will not be required to know a ton of information about an estate, family, grounds, history, programs and products offered. Furthermore you will not be expected to give gracious hospitality 100% of the time. Save yourself the trouble and get a job at Chick fils a, you will make more money and will be less stressed out.

Pros

Great collection of people working together as a team.

Cons

Difficult to get benefits as full time positions are scarce. Most people are part timers working post “retirement” or younger people looking for experience so they can get a better job somewhere else.
