Pros

Attractive environment Love my co-workers access to grounds

Cons

Upper management is greedy and makes huge profits, but it is not passed down the line to the employees that are the life blood of this company. Events are scheduled last minute and you are expected to cover them despite any plans that you may already have. They do not even pay a living wage, and many employees can only work here if they are retired and have a good pension, or have another job. Turnover rate is very high because of the way employees are treated. Management just decided that the estate will be opened for a full day on Christmas Day, expecting all of their employees to show up for work, while the family and upper management will be home with their own families. This is typical, and not the exception.
