Friendly people. Great benefits, and an aesthetically beautiful place to work.

Cons

Favoritism. Sometimes they give people positions that aren’t as qualified as others.

Good Benefits IF you're Full-Time

Pros

Full-time benefit, Company mission/vision, Family-oriented

Cons

Management is hit or miss. Some are fantastic to work with, while others are not. Extremely understaffed most of the time, especially in "Candlelight". Therefore, part-time and reserve staff work overtime to cover. It's rather annoying when they won't give you a full-time position with benefits but work you 40+ every week.
