      Good flexibility Solid if not great benefits

      Cons

      Pay is low, which causes a lot of good employees to leave. Every quarter you get to listen to a talk about how much money the company is making, every one on one with your supervisor you get told there’s no money for raises. HR operates like and sometimes even outright says everyone is disposable, yet somehow they can’t fill positions. 3 years makes you a senior employee in most ops groups.

      Corporate ignores safety concerns of employees

      Easy interview process for hire

      Cons

      Expected to worth with hazardous materials with minimal provided PPE and safety protocols. On multiple occasions I got migraines from fumes and burning rashes while working here. I haven’t had a single migraine since I quit.

      Only Consider this Company if You are Desperate for Work

      - Free parking at Minneapolis site

      Cons

      - Very limited career development, unless you are one of the few that are chosen as a high potential employee, then they bend over backwards to give you whatever position you want, regardless if you are qualified for the position. - Pay for most non-management positions is below industry standard - Terrible work/life balance structure - Has set up a culture of micromanaging - employees need to check in everyday to list the work that they did the previous day - The opinion of employees is not listened to - unless it is in agreement with the CEO and upper management
