Pros

Competitive benefits including standard PTO and good 401k match, amazing colleagues, and a company with great leadership that has a clear vision of it's growth strategy over the next 10-20 years.

Cons

None that I can really think of at the moment. This requires a 15 word minimum so that's why this sentence is so long.

Easy interview process for hire

Cons

Expected to worth with hazardous materials with minimal provided PPE and safety protocols. On multiple occasions I got migraines from fumes and burning rashes while working here. I haven’t had a single migraine since I quit.
