      Pros

      I really feel like they care about their employees and their overall well being. I am able to have a good work-life balance and flexibility in my schedule when needed.

      Cons

      Not a lot of diversity at the executive level and the culture can feel a little old-school sometimes.

      Pros

      Provider of biological life science jobs in the Twin Cities, flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Expensive health insurance plans, no bonuses/stock options, lots of overtime for salary workers, little to no annual salary increases, no work at home options, "Collaboration happens onsite" It seems management does not trust employees to be productive at home so they'd like them onsite, however, the same individuals will just sit counting the clock and take up cubical space.
