There is a lot of small subdivisions within the company that provide a lot of growth and opportunities. The work environment is also ideal.

Cons

The building itself is so small, they are planning to move to a larger building in the next few months but they have way to many people crammed into this tiny area. My desk is literally in the kitchen/ break area. There is also sometimes a wait on instrumentation which delays projects.
