Bio-Techne has an amazing team focused on innovating the next generation of lab tools. The product portfolio is extremely strong and the strategy is compelling as we are driving into new research areas.

Cons

Everyone works hard, but we are all pulling in the same direction.

Pros

There is fairly good base-salary. Supervisors actually care about work-life balance.

Cons

Holidays are variable each year so you never know what days you have off ahead of time. Holiday bonuses/additional time are are basically non-existent. Also, communication between departments is just not a thing- compartmentalization of groups leads to confusion and slow-going when collaboration is needed.
