      Pros

      Amazing science and scientist at ExosomeDx. His discovery is helping so many people.

      Cons

      NO work life balance. Company doesn’t seem to have good direction, there are always mixed messages and new partnerships that go no where. HR is pretty much absent and not a place to voice any concerns. Management is TERRIBLE. Top leadership is made up white men providing an environment based on toxic masculinity that does not welcome minorities .

      Pros

      I really like the company and I enjoy my coworkers and the department that I work in. My supervisor and managers are there to support me and help me if I need it. I really enjoy the work that I do and I feel like I am making a difference in the biotech industry.

      Cons

      The company vibe has really gone downhill in the last 5-10 years. It's gone from a nice small company that feels like a family to a big publicly-traded stocks and corporate environment. I don't feel like most of the upper management even knows or cares about what I do, only whether or not I can make them more money. I think whether or not other people would enjoy a position here would depend on the department they are looking at, but I love my department. I will say that after a 30-minute HR screening they took a month and a half to get back to me, which was incredibly inconvenient and felt unprofessional.

      Pros

      Bio-Techne has some of the best research products for life Sciences.

      Cons

      The management team seems to be unaware of the transition requirements to move into new markets and they continue to purchase companies that don't make any sense. They are ignoring the dedication of people who have been contributing to the company's success. Instead of rewarding the people who have built the company, they are hiring more senior management and C-Suite staff who are clueless to past successes.
