Flexible work environment, decent salary compared to universities

Cons

work culture used to be so great until they brought in new management after a series of expensive project failures. New management is so toxic, gas-lighting people and only cares about there bottom line. Laid-off many good employees while CEO got a ridiculous bonus and blamed it on poor performance instead of the poor financial decisions that the CEO made over his years. Cut people with years of experience and then suddenly are left with only new employees with no real knowledge of the antibody industry. Driving a great place into the ground. So sad to watch.

Senior management does a poor job at addressing systemic issues that, quite frankly, they created. They are hyper focused on getting orders out on time and not addressing the real issues with planning and the process of receiving and acknowledging orders. And if they are trying to fix the problem, there is nearly zero transparency about their plans for improvement.

Poorly handled COVID policies, parental leave and general culture management questions. - Executive team is out of touch and insular, poor at managing the process and cultural impact of their growth through acquisition strategy - Uncompetitive compensation - Muddled product strategy
