Great managers and supervisors, competent passionate employees

Cons

Layoffs occur every year before Christmas and executives feel perfectly comfortably lying through their teeth. Big claims are always made about how important their employees are to the company and then in the next breath they lay off hundreds. They’re happy to throw money around at the executive level, millions in bonuses and raises while the rest of us get left behind.

Really good growth opportunities. If you want to climb, you can. Very good people.

Cons

Really botching the human resource/talent retention. . It is borderline unethical to be in a super successful industry during 6% inflation with all time stock highs (that your management brags about on employee calls) and offering 2% raises. You’re a small/mid cap company and your ceo is like the 5th highest paid in the state. People aren’t dumb and are leaving for more cash. It’s 2021, you need to offer flexibility work arrangements as well. The return to work plan has been a debacle. The cheap diversity/inclusion virtue signaling isn’t enough to convince people to stay.

Sorry to say there aren't any that come to mind.

Cons

Growth 100% through acquisition only. Senior management is completely focused on empire building. Has become an array of silos with no cohesion whatsoever. Turnover is high and morale is less than an afterthought.
