      Pros

      You don’t get fired for being lazy. Time clock don’t work on certain people. They won’t hold people accountable If you like brown nosing this the place to be to move up.

      Cons

      If you are a hard worker, this not the place for you.

      decent benefits and good snacks.

      Cons

      Local directors have their own high paying consultants for the Wallingford, Toronto, San Jose, Denver, and Dublin Ireland sites. Very little oversight from headquarters. Employees are not allowed to speak out for fear of losing job.

      If you get a hybrid position, there is good work-life balance. Also depends on your management. You can move around and get experience if you look and make connections.

      Cons

      Low salary, benefits are okay, low maternity leave, no loan forgiveness, quite a few layoffs recently
