Poor management, boss not showing up to work, zero training, no help. Conflict of interest in reporting structure which leads to being forced into doing work in departments for which you were not hired. Poor pay. High turnover.

Management needs to actually...manage. And train employees in an effective way that doesn't lead to lots of confusion and mistakes down the line. I also think that the work expected of a customer care representative was kind of insane for one person, and we were always falling behind.
