New, clean facility. Nice environment to work in.

Cons

The HR support in addressing the toxic work environment was weak by not addressing the employees causing issues, as they are favorites of the site leadership team. The HR laid off an employee, and then subsequently hired them back at a manager title causing unneeded stress.
