Pros
Good insurance. Non-leadership employees are great. Hybrid work-from-home (for now). Just another corporate work place (if you're into that) but at least it's stable (for now).
Cons
Hybrid work-from-home is constantly under threat. Corporate "culture" is fabricated and suffocates any actual company culture. The people that do try and drive culture work very hard with little recognition. Direction, inter-department communication and strategy is often lacking outside of broad ideas. The company is ruled from Minneapolis with the other sites often ignored or overlooked until the headquarters hears of fun -- then its stamped out. The company's 3-star and under reviews are truer to my experience than the 4-star reviews and higher.
