      Pros

      Great people in different departments to work with. Definitely increase knowledge while there. Wages are decent. Some positions are remote and some are hybrid depending on the manager for that department.

      Cons

      There are great managers and not so great managers. Your voice is not heard. Do not advocate when there is an issue. Work life balance needs improvement.

      Most people are friendly and kind, flexible schedule, lots of parking, work-life balance

      Cons

      Low salaries, not a lot of different opportunities for growth, a lot of people don’t seem to want to challenge themselves or try new things— content with staying the same, there isn’t a lot of accountability over performers cover for under performers and that brings the over performers down over time
