Room to grow and innovate Talented, intelligent and caring coworkers Supportive leaders Exciting time to be part of an evolving company

Cons

The company is continuing to find its way which means continued CHANGE. This isn't a con in my opinion. However, those that are unable to adapt to change may find it so.

Good coworkers to work with!

Cons

Depending on the department you are in, you may be overworked and under paid. I had a great supervisor, but my boss above said supervisor did not advocate for any of the workers including myself in terms of compensation for how hard we work and the additional responsibilities we take on.
