People outside of management seem decent.

Cons

Let's let facts speak for themselves- Bio-techne bought a company for $275Million in 2018. Somehow they managed to drive that company into the ground- selling it for a whopping $15Million due to close this month! Buy high, sell low. I'd be pissed if I was an investor... Stay far away- this company's leaderhship has absolutely no idea how to run a business. Toxic place, so grateful to be out of that shit-show.

A college like atmosphere with a large facility and space.

Cons

Far too many departments and subdepartment competing for the same work and resources. Wants to go from producing many "research only" products to cGMP yet lacks much of the procedures and protocols to make that pass auditing. Pay was subpar, benefits only average, micro-managing supervisors treat "Research Associate" as sprokets rather than people.
