-Great to be working on improving patient health/curing disease. Management periodically arranges for customers to present the "story" of their compounds--very inspiring! -Surrounded by top scientific talent in bioanalysis -Respected, hard-working executive team -Fun events for employees each month -CEO who knows everyone by name -Free fruit and 25 cent vending machines

-Aggressive revenue growth plans felt throughout the organization -Patchwork layout of facility -Understaffed -Managers need more training

Pros

This is one of the few companies I have actually worked for that the management team actually cares about its employees. Even better than that, the employees all work hard together to make sure they do good science and the clients' timelines are met.

Cons

Everyone is very busy which also means the company is growing and job security :)
