Pros
I have been an Employee of this BBG for almost 2 years. To the Whiners: Get another job - You are holding us back. We don't need you here. My Manager... He has his moments, but don't we all? This is not the highest paying job I have ever had, but I feel secure and my Manager allows me to be creative and make large contributions - which in turn makes me feel empowered and appreciated. My Team: TOP NOTCH - HIGHEST MARKS. We have a cohesion. We work together - assist each other. It's closer to family members (the ones that you care to be around) The Benefits are decent.
Cons
Always the downside to something.... I feel that there have been some purchases made that were not necessary Need to enforce 1 year Evals and trim some of the dead weight (aka "whiners")
