This team was ahead of the trend, mastering "quiet quitting" before it became popular. If you just want to collect a paycheck and just maintain the status quo, this is the place for you!

Cons

You'll never learn anything new, because they still have machines running Windows 3.1. I'm sure they'd have more if there were some cheap ones available for sale.

Cons

Inexperienced leadership team lacking interpersonal skills. Upper management would rather let a supervisor of 8 years resign, than to make an effort to be better people and lead the organization with integrity. Potential to be a great place to work, but the growth is happening quicker than this current leadership can handle. HR lacks discretion and refers to their lab technicians as “the janitorial staff of the organization”. From what I could tell, If you don’t have a degree...you are not valued.
