      Good people who want to make a difference.

      Cons

      The QualTex division rules all and feel entitled to act unruly because they bring in majority of the money for the company.

      Pros

      Emerging as a major player in industry under current leadership. Strong process improvements underway and plenty of opportunity for this who are resourceful, ambitious and deliver consistently.

      Cons

      Still some pockets and vestiges of slower and less progressive times. The "baggage" is an obstacle at times...But it's changing and it's starting to ensure there is accountability. Time will work this con out.
