traders have a lot of autonomy due to management not knowing what is going on. Ability to develop new markets due to the fact their footprint is so miniscule

Senior management is clueless, non-competitive salary, vague bonus requirements

one can find here tremendous exposure, co-operative staff, decent pay, healthy atmosphere and a lot to learn.

Cons

Less holidays to spend with families and friends; odd timing; slow promotion in designation and no Indian holidays.
