None, absolutely none. Avoid like the plague.

Cons

Where do you start. This is for ALL not just the MN locations. Management is clueless, utterly clueless on how to run a business. From the very top all the way down. Turnover is insane, it’s been almost 80% turnover since 2020, heck even Presidents, VPs and C-Suites are leaving or getting fired. Pay is absolute trash 30-40% below market. Bonuses? Ha! What bonuses. Company claimed to a billion dollar business but doesn’t have money for anything. Biomerics is a walking joke in the MedDevice world.

Pros

The management cares about individual career growth. The work is challenging and requires wearing many hats. If you are capable of asking questions, learning quickly, and taking initiative you will find success and growth. I have always felt appreciated for my work, and have been communicated well with what they think my potential is.

Cons

Different divisions/locations have different protocols and processes for doing the same thing. This can make inter-company communication and expectations to be inconsistent.

Pros

Pay is great if you speak English. There is no attendance policy so alot of people show up late or leave early.

Cons

No bonus, no breaks only 30 minute lunch, no training, no communication. No support. There are so many issues with this place. Majority of production doesn't speak, read or write English. People will literally eat your lunch right from your lunch box, like it belongs to them. There is always rumors of lines shutting down due to poor quality.
