Pros

Worked for a good manager who did not micromanage. I enjoyed the variety of work and the culture at the location that I worked. I liked the opportunity to work with various people throughout the company and totally manage my group as I saw fit.

Cons

No work-life balance and not being given the additional resources needed to get everything done without working everyday of the week and most nights.

small sales organization with a great product portfolio. Motivational opportunities to increase sales and advance career. Company has a great outlook moving forward.

Cons

Management is always changing. It is often hard to communicate with management and understand where improvement can be made to increase sales. Need to adapt a more modern approach to sales process.
