Pros

The people here are amazing and the product at one point showed signs of taking over the industry.

Cons

There is no vertical movement. They do not reward good people so don't expect to come here, work hard and be recognized or rewarded for your hard work. Also, if you don't like process or things that are happening, just wait two weeks, management changes their mind on a whim.

Thank you for providing feedback. We are going through growing pains, which sometimes happens when you are growing at 100%+ per year. Employee happiness is a big priority and we're actively addressing some of the points you mention — we recently rolled out career path for SMB sales (now working on other segments) and added benefits (50% dependent care coverage, 401k match starting Jan 1). Will certainly do more to create opportunities for top performers like yourself. Feel free to reach out to your manager or HR, so we can address your specific situation. All the best. Pros

Great training and ramp up schedule. They want you to focus on learning the product and the process before having you make calls which leads to early success. It is important to be seen as an expert in your industry when selling to a customer, and BirdEye invests the time into you for you to be successful.

Cons

This is not really a con, but the transition to a more open concept office setting took a little getting use to since my previous job was more cubicle style. However, the open concept has allowed me to pick up best practices very quickly.
