      Pros

      Bizerba UK is a fantastic company to work for. From my 1st day everyone was so welcoming, and friendly. The culture is 2nd to none, a company who is passionate about there employees wellbeing and not just a number. Package reflects on your position well above the average, work/home life is good. All management teams and HR doors are always open no question or advise is too much. Really enjoyed my time with the company.

      I have nothing negitive to say about Bizerba. Inly positives.

      Pros

      Leadership Team much more approachable than past years, challenging but rewarding team ethic. Been some changes in structure and can see the future is bright at Bizerba Milton Keynes. Approachable line manager who offered support and direction. Lots of experience staff that have been there for 10/20yrs ++ really make the business tick!

      Cons

      Business has been turbulent due to expansion of Headquarters and move to new location.
