I have no pros this place is the worst
Cons
They care nothing about you the employees at all. Dont get me started with HR either, they do not cater to the employees. You go and make complaints about harassment ect and they will tell you we know but our hands are tied or they do nothing about it. Bizerba only cares about the work you put out and nothing else. If you are white at this place you will get the worst end of it all, they will let all other race get away with anything and baby them. You do not get fair pay either someone who is new will make more then someone who has been at company longer then you. Worst place to work and only reason why myself and others are still working there as of today is because of the economy at the time.
