Flexible schedule when not on the road. company vehicle, tool, and cell phone.

Cons

Overtime only straight time. No time and a half or double time pay. Lots of travel. Minimal training on most equipment. Lots of travel and not very organized causes you to be out longer than necessary.

Pay is decent and paid holidays

Cons

Communication is abysmal with this company. No defined service area, so some techs end up driving up to 7 hours one way for 10 minutes of work. Never hear from management unless something is wrong, would be nice to hear some positive feedback once in awhile. Would not recommend company
