I was a remote employee, and I felt that I was trusted to do my job without someone looking over my shoulder.

Cons

Not enough communication in my opinion. Perhaps due to me being fully remote I felt disconnected at times. It would be nice to have more training about the products and to see the operation firsthand. Definitely lacked training. No advancement opportunities. No mentoring.

You work independently and I liked that. Some of the management there were great people. Lots of overtime, if you want it-

Cons

You are not paid even close to what the job is paying in the industry. They tell you we have alot of overtime. Why should you have to work overtime to make decent money? Sadly enough the temps come in making more than the actual employees....disgusting!
