      Pros

      Pay is decent and paid holidays

      Cons

      Communication is abysmal with this company. No defined service area, so some techs end up driving up to 7 hours one way for 10 minutes of work. Never hear from management unless something is wrong, would be nice to hear some positive feedback once in awhile. Would not recommend company

      Pros

      Offers Health Insurance, some paid holidays. Was trying to keep up with technology by purchasing new equipment to run jobs. Has a huge parent company in Germany, if they would pay attention to US offices.

      Cons

      Can take years to get a review or raise in pay. No clear guidelines for employee advancement. Old Management needs to retire and people with fresh ideas need to be hired. Previous HR did try to make things nice but Controller had favorites.
