Pros

Tightly knit workforce, particularly within the individual departments. Almost all hardworking people, willing to sacrifice family time and in some cases their own health for the company. Very devoted and knowledgeable staff.

Cons

So much infighting and fingerpointing that it retards the potential growth of the business.

Decent co-workers, Some meals paid.

Cons

Lots of travel, parts department is horrible, general lack of ownership, terrible compensation (raises, no time and a half over time etc.).
