Great Company

Pros

Great place to learn and expand your knowledge. Upper Management can be strict but also very supportive once you are recognized as an employee who has the dedication and passion for the company. This company is continuously looking to grow and for more opportunities. If you really have the mindset to grow with the company, there is no place like BizFlow.

Cons

There is a huge skill gap between senior engineers/analysts and entry level engineers/analysts. Lots of lots of work but they do not pay over time
