Pros

The workers are amazing. They are truly hard working, encouraging, and there for each other. The works can be trusted and easy to get along with.

Cons

Management. The definition of a micro-managing company.

Pros

There are powerful sensor engineers with over 20 years of experience who can teach a lot. They strive to pass on their experiences and skills personally.

Cons

Due to a lack of general IT knowledge in management, unnecessary explanations and efforts are required. The CEO engages in micromanagement in all aspects without handing significant tasks. Despite hard work and good performance, there is no pay raises or bonuses. Working with outdated equipment is a necessity. To receive even slightly better equipment, one must curry favor with the managers.
