Pros

Very open and inviting work environment. There are no set hours- you run your own business. Provided tons of food and drink and treats everyday. The most friendly work culture. Dog friendly office.Full benefits- including commuter benefits, dental, health etc. Open vacation policy. Great pay plus great commission opportunities. Over-all the best place to work I would say!!!

Cons

Because it is a start up the on boarding process for new employees is still in a creation phase but it is easy to catch on- people really care and your peers are always willing to help so it works out.

It's a cool culture, but has some growing pains

Pros

- Culturally, everyone in the office is very supportive of each other and enjoys what they do. - The people who work here take a lot of pride in what they do.

Cons

- It's not really clear how you are evaluated or how you advance within the company - There is no one to talk to about career growth or goals so it's hard to understand how you could stay here more that a couple of years.
