- Wonderful construction company that has a culture similar to a Silicon Valley tech company - Upper management really care about each individual employee - Lots of training for young employees - Well establish career path for promotion - Great work/life balance

Cons

- Employees can be sheltered due to how the company runs projects and therefore stunts development.
