Solid array of products and services Best technicians in the industry

Cons

Zero communications from senior management never celebrate victories. Too many decisions based on "good old boys" network with the current CEO. No strategic plan. Flavor of the month product approach and snap in mergers are not providing equity growth. Outdated financial model out of touch with market pricing No chances for advancement. Teamwork is very poor

flexible schedule and work at home arrangement which allowed me to focus on my job without being policed in an office environment and avoid an urban commute.

Cons

poorly managed and lack of direction as a company,too much focus on cost containment and lack of understanding of the competitive landscape.

To obtain professional Experience in Projects. As an IT, Telecommunication Company, Black Box is an excellent feedback for my curriculum.

Cons

Black Box is a contractor of many Company, most of them are Global Contracts. In most of the position we are expose to international professionals and the ultimate technology.
