Limited growth opportunities as non performing people have god fathers and powerless management can shower their power on small people by giving pink slips or not allowing them to grow inspite of performance & potential. India, APJ, MEA has been showing degrowth but no action. AM’s / RM / Region heads are given pink slips but none of these Geo leaders are in past 5 years. No intentions to pay variable - Find out avenues to cut it HR is just on paper as there is no culture & they don’t take employee voice to management Employees are asked to work beyond office hours which is considered natural So unless you have capability to identify god fathers and slide with them - Stay away from Black Box
