      They had events and swag that reallly catered to the employees.

      Cons

      Upper management wasnt what I hoped it would be. When Covid layoffs happened everything was handled extremely poorly.

      Pros

      Some flexibility. Decent benefits. Some diversity.

      Cons

      Bad leadership. Bad management. Lack of transparency. Layoffs 3x within 6 months. Leadership refuses to share headcount or percentage of workforce affected by layoffs. Minimal salary increases year over year or none whatsoever. No recourse. Leadership refuses to release salary ranges for our roles but we’re told that the entire workforce is within range. Micro-management. Smoke and mirrors. Bureaucracy. We might be diverse but we aren’t inclusive.

      Very positive company with great leadership

      Pros

      Great onboarding and continual training. Positive work environment with management that cares about you as a person and your personal growth. Great PTO plan and opportunities to advance. Top of the line equipment.

      Cons

      Lower pay than the industry standard.
