- Prior to the pandemic had fun team-building experiences, happy hours, and birthday celebrations - Throughout my time at YC/BB, I had great managers

Cons

- Prior to the acquisition had a great culture, but it started to fade, especially after the pandemic started - Promises of pay increases that never actually happened

I worked for BB twice in my career. They let me grow, change positions a bunch of times and learn new skills. I always felt supported. And, the people there are awesome.

Cons

Software sales & consulting can be stressful. Competitive, sales-driven workplace.
