Leadership and strategy has been up and down over the years, although I think we are heading in a positive direction.

Blackbaud are an exploitative employer who take advantage of young workers by putting them on a sham “apprenticeship” program. This is so they can pay them under £5 an hour to be their customer services advisors. The “apprenticeship” teaching has absolutely nothing to do with the job and is purely in place so they can pay young folks less than half of what they deserve and what their older colleagues are paid!
