      Great benefits, fun work environment, great place to grow and learn

      Cons

      None that I can think of, but you have to be diligent and able to manage your time well, and comfortable calling prospects

      Pros

      There are a lot of good people here and maybe in the pre-pandemic world there was a good chance of upward mobility.

      Cons

      In the BDR department you are severely micromanaged and feel like just a number. Management is detached and more focused on output and numbers than the employees and their experience at the company. The department is verticalized and both your paycheck and your opportunities for success depend heavily on what vertical you are placed into.

      Great place to enter the SaaS world serving non-profits

      Wide range of not for profit organizations as clients; large and small organizations making a big impact in every vertical, particularly Cause and Cure, Cultural, Healthcare, and Education. Learn about the world of "social good" and how it interfaces with a for-profit company.

      Cons

      Management not focused, not steering the ship in one direction and investing in its success. Myopic decision making. Constant reorgs.
