Super underpaid, tech division is a mess

Pros

Quite mature UX, and work is fairly pieced out, so you don't have to do a lot of extra work. Good culture. Mature organization.

Cons

Hugely underpaid for tech, especially for women/POCs. Management, especially in R&D is a mess. Work is really slow, and my manager specifically was terrible. A few developers who've been there 10+ years run the show, and they let their own ego rule, instead of good decision-making. Management does nothing to curb these developers.
