      Pros

      Enjoy working with many of the people there. Good place for your first job.

      Cons

      They try to hire young people and hope they can do the job. They purchase a lot of companies and layoff 85% of them slowly but surely. Especially the technical people. Most of the time you are likely just too expensive for what they are willing to pay.

      Pros

      Very few, unless you are in the new building in CHS.

      Cons

      Leadership bullies staff, hard to type that but it is 100% true. If you are a remote employee there is near zero support for you. If you are not in the new bldg or Austin, you are a second class employee. All important decisions are made by the leadership team who speak down to the rest of the staff.

      Awful management team

      Pros

      Good health insurance and benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. It gets worse and worse. The enterprise business is the absolute worst management team which is a total shame. The leaders are untrustworthy and will go after everyone and anyone they can go after if they feel the least bit of pressure. They are afraid of not making enough money to make the board happy and so they penalize their people.
