      Poorly managed and care little about employees or customer security

      Very few other than some good co-workers

      Cons

      Senior management doesn't care about employees. The company doesn't really care about their customers or the security of their customers. Hence why they had a MASSIVE cyber breach (which they were class action sued for and were investigated by 50 states of attorney generals) Salaries are poor and yearly raises might as well not exist (1-1.5% a year). Good talent doesn't stay because they can find better elsewhere or are flat driven off for challenging the status quo. Executives are cashing big paychecks and collecting big chunks of stock while the employees are thrown crumbs with long vesting periods that they will likely get laid off before they can vest in them. I watched execs get warned of security problems, which they ignored, and instead of invest in corrective measures they went for investing in meaningless things that they could celebrate on how great they were doing while not fixing anything. When the breach happened those same execs left and went to work for other places.

      None, literally none at all

      Cons

      Leadership, and his club of friends he calls the ELT and culture of male harassment. He literally had to fire his best friend for sexual harassment. Not the first, second, or third executive to be fired for the same either. Do your homework people!!

      Can't get out of their own way

      Pros

      - Wonderful client base - Most teams have a great attitude and want to "do good" - Company provides a lot of solid tools to help do your job - Long tenured employees (but also a major con)

      Cons

      - Definition of political (hard to get ahead unless you know someone) - Often times preposterous policies and approval guidelines that make it very difficult to get things done efficiently - Quite hard to discern what the leadership team brings to the party in terms of their skillsets. There is a lot of legacy thinking in that group.
